There is nothing quite like getting extremely drunk with friends and heading out to a bar or club. I love big crowds, random people, and losing just that little bit of control. There are a few ways to make it better the next morning though: drink as much water as you can handle, pop some pain killers before sleep, and have a ridiculous breakfast in the morning.
This morning I went for tofu scramble, toast, and pineapple. I included kale, chard, tofu, green onion, garlic, tomatoes, the entire spice rack, and some miscellaneous vegan ham substitute from an Asian market. I always use nutritional yeast, cumin, and turmeric in my blend, and then whatever I feel like throwing on top. I use Earth Balance butter for toast when I don’t have any avocado on hand.
Once breakfast is ready- cozy into the couch and put on Netflix, make sure it is a binge worthy show. It’s the best way to spend a Sunday.
